Perfect roofing has a great reputation in our community they done several roofs here. They were my first call to get a estimate, I received it in a few days. Just out of curiosity I received 3 other estimates all 3 were slow to respond and all but one was way more expensive with less warranty. Perfect roofing used a lifetime warranty architectural shingle and a 120 month labor warranty thats 10 years, they replaced a sky lite and all vent caps. We scheduled the job in less than a week. Perfect Roofing replaced our old shingled roof with a high quality metal roof. Several years ago they did the same on one of our rental properties. In both cases the finished product was flawless. We were very happy with how professional and courteous the roofers treated us and how well they cleaned up when finished. Also the cost was lower than estimates we had gotten from other companies.
