I was dealing with a stressful situation when my old computer crashed last week. I'm grateful for the technicians at Landis Technologies who were very responsive and thankfully they were able to retrieve all data. They were helpful with the decision as to what new computer to purchase for my needs, and they stayed in touch with me throughout the process. Jet and Ross came out to my home to set up a brand-new computer. Both of these young men were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful! Had some pop ups that took over my screen and because they raised red flags for me, I called Landis Technologies. They were able to address the issue within an hour. Matthan did it remotely and was professional and kept me informed of what he was doing. Grateful for the prompt, professional response!
