I saw Dr Brian Jones. Wow! He knew things and gave me direction on my issues. It was a breath of hope. I have never had any other Dr. Help me in the way he did!!! His effort, concern and knowledge was amazing!
My appointment was very quick and convenient but I will not be coming back to the Ephrata location again. I had a strep and covid test done and hours later still no results. When I called to ask they informed me they can not run the tests on site like my family doctor or the Kissel Hill location. They have to send it to a lab. I don't understand why an urgent care center doesn’t have them same capabilities as a doctor office or another urgent care. But I won't be coming back to this location when I can easily go to other locations with better and faster treatment.
On a Saturday evening, we were well received and were called back within 10 min. Saw Eve, who took our vitals, and I was thrilled to see that she also translates for those who speak Spanish. Physician Assistant Thompson checked my complaints and gave great advice and care without over prescribing meds. Thank you all!
