First time at this dentist. Very thorough, very pleasant. Had a insurance issue and the office manager Kelsey went thru a lot of effort to get it figured out. Thanx to Kelsey and her staff.

My 10 year old son had a cap fall off his tooth and the baby tooth underneath it was all rotted and he was in so much pain. I called Ephrata Family Dentistry and they got him in the very next day. From the moment we walked in, to meeting the Dentist, everyone was super professional, and had shining personalities! They made us feel like family, and made my son, who was so nervous….feel comfortable, and cared for. My son was able to quickly relax and put his trust in everyone there. I, as a parent, reveled in seeing how amazing all the staff was with my son. They quickly and painlessly did the extractions, and we were on our way home. The team was prompt and professional The Dr was very knowledgeable He showed us what we could do with my husband's teeth But did not strongly suggest what we could decide to do. Loved his knowledge!
