Because I talked to office a few days earlier about my situation and financial issues at this time. First concern at the window was money and how I was going to pay my balance. Entire office staff etc apparently do not talk or make notes, very poor communication and seems monetary value is more important than the patient care. They didn't even touch my mouth or make adjustments!
I once thought I loved everyone at this office, they worked with my condition were understanding. However, one incident where staff makes you feel at fault for missed information than annoyed while trying to correct that the best way you can at that moment by making you feel even smaller. Only by later making accusations about my character so bad I was shocked and so upset. I will be leaving that practice as soon as possible. This is sad to me!
