1st Class was a breeze to communicate with from the initial scheduling, rescheduling, and finally ETA for arrival. I provided room dimensions and was given a competitive quote. On the day of the cleaning, Ryan took his own measurements and his quote was within $s of the original. In addition to providing excellent cleaning service, Ryan was friendly and I enjoyed our chat while he was in my home. Just like their business name, they are 1st class!
We had given up on our basement carpet, but he got stains out that we thought were permanent. Super happy! Dining room carpet is back to normal after a sick dog threw up multiple places. Removed stains from bedroom carpet. Grout on kitchen floor is white again.
Furniture looks nice but in one years time the pricing increased significantly. Almost cost as much to clean the sofa this time as it did
last year to clean the same sofa, loveseat & ottoman. Same services were provided per my billing. Holy Price Increase!
