i worked for her for 2 years, she wont be around unless she was needed which i did not minded at all. i worked independently which i loved but yet when she lost the contract i tried to stay in contact with her for other openings and she was no where to be found. Mind you she made promises that she had few openings coming up soon and she would get in contact with me but she avoided all my calls. Her lost.
In regards to another review claiming their pay is illegal. This information is incorrect. Yes employees are paid 1099 as we are independent contractors so therefore taxes will be paid when taxes are filed. I've worked for this company for almost a year and I'm still here with no problems. The owner is pretty awesome and as long as you do you're job there won't be any issues. Pretty straight forward with any normal job. The owner goes above and beyond for her employees and she doesn't have to either but chooses to because she cares alot about us. I've never worked for anyone who cares as much as she does.
