The staff is super friendly, and the waiting room is filled with toys and distractions, keeping children entertained and relaxed. The atmosphere is fun and engaging, while also being clean and well-maintained. Dr. Anna and Dr. Kyle are praised for their knowledge, trustworthiness, and great skills in working with children. They explain procedures in detail and take the time to be with their young patients. The business allows parents to accompany their children during exams, which is not common in many dental offices. A TV above the dental chair helps distract children during dental work, and follow-up calls are made to check on their progress after procedures. Many parents appreciate how easy and comfortable it is to bring their kids here. Children, even as young as 2 years old, enjoy visiting the office, playing with toys, and watching TV during their cleaning. Dr. Anna is especially loved for her gentle and caring approach. The office is very clean, and staff members are friendly and helpful, making the entire dental experience positive for kids and parents alike.
I rarely go out of my way to review places, but Smile Garden is exceptional in quality of care, professionalism, and services offered. They have been immensely helpful even throughout several insurance changes (and helping us by submitting OON for us) and we couldn't be happier. Wonderful organization!
Took my sweet boy in today for his first cleaning. He loved the big waiting area with lots of toys. The dentist was so kind and reassuring and so was the assistant. My guy is only 12 months and loved the staff so much he didn’t even cry during the cleaning :) we will be back!
My daughter loves to come to this place she always told me that the dentist Dr Anna is her favorite doctor. Unfortunately, we cannot come back anymore because they won’t accept more our insurance. There is no many options for affordable dentists any more . 😥😥😥
