When I came to Tai Chi I thought it would be a journey driven by physical fitness. What I came to realize is that it is a journey of empathy and understanding driven by people. Teachers and students go out of their way to make a supportive and safe environment to practice martial arts in and all of this has led to a profoundly positive change in my life.
I started practicing tai chi quan nearly 7 years ago. My flexibility has improved, blood pressure lower, and my optical migraines and headaches are all but gone. I also appreciate the sense of community at LVMA.
My experience with Lehigh Valley Martial Arts has been impeccable. I have been with LVMA since my child was a little kid. The teachers are absolutely phenomenal and the overall journey so far has been nothing but great.
