John from Keith’s Lock and Door Service was professional, courteous, and efficient when rekeying my four locks. He even came back to rekey one additional lock we had initially overlooked—at no additional cost. Excellent service and attention to detail. Highly recommend.

John was excellent! He came to our house to service a lock that would not open. It took him 90 minutes, but he would not give up on it until he had it open and repaired. Then on the way out he also adjusted our front door lock without being asked. Its hard to find reliable and prompt service these days and Keith's Lock and Door is outstanding!

Sometimes things do not go perfectly; we had a manufacturer issues with a replacement door and it took several visits to get everything correct. I want to be sure to leave a 5⭐️ start review because its when things sometimes aren’t perfect and how a business owner responds is what matters most.
