I had a great experience with Joe. He does great work and is honest. I had the brothers who just do gutters come out and over estimate the length of gutter guards and the price and Joe came out and did the same job for 1/5 the price. Honest guy who answers the phone! I recommend he to everyone.

I should've reviewed Costa Gutters when we moved here but didn't. We've been using Joe's service for four years. When we moved into our house, the gutters in the back were falling off the house. Joe has a truck that he has a gutter maker in it. He fixed our gutters, back then warned us about getting gutter covers because of type of trees we have around us, and repaired gutters that could be repaired. He didn't oversell anything. He was perfect and honest. [Just in case we needed a backup if Joe Costa died or sold his business, I got an estimate from Gutter Bros. They're under two different names and both are therefore bad but I just gave one review. The estimate, what I was told, and the price stunned me. All I can say is I'm glad my spouse heard my rant after the estimate and called Joe. Joe comes 2x/year. This year was insane for most businesses when it came to getting supplies so it took Joe a little longer to get here. That has never happened before and his 4 yr long, 2x/yr record is stellar. When I wrote the check, Joe gave me a lower price because I had to wait a little longer than usual to do the spring cleaning. Who in the world does that anymore? I asked for the minor increase and happily paid him the $50 more because he goes that extra mile every time we see him. Compared to the other gutter service, we made out in spades - we have a good locally-owned company and a great guy/owner who knows what he's doing and cares about people. Thanks, Joe.
