Becky is amazing, she always takes the time to listen to what I need and truly understands how to help. As a runner, I really appreciate how she focuses on the areas that need attention and gives my body the tune-ups it needs to stay strong and injury-free. Highly recommend.
I've seen Cass at Balanced Body twice so far and each time has been great. She focuses on my need at the time to get my body back to the way it should be. After my first visit the stiffness is my next was relieve and my range of motion improved significantly. Highly recommended!!
I have had several treatments with Cass. My pain level and ROM in my right shoulder has increased over 70% since i started. She is hard on you at treatment time but when you leave your a new person ready to take on the world!
