We purchased a new Lennox furnace and ac system. Pricing was very competitive. Technicians Roman and Jared did an outstanding job on the install. They showed up on the minute on time and were very courteous. Knowledgeable, and thorough in their attention to detail while performing this installation. The new system performed flawlessly, thanks in a large part to the quality of their work. . This is a good company. You can trust em.

Has an issue with our AC motor and Chris with Motta arrived on time and replaced the motor for us in a timely fashion. Chris was pleasant and respectful and is welcome here anytime. He was a pleasure to deal with.

Not sure what happened. In 2007 we had a whole house air and heat pump put in. The tech then was great. Now in 2026 I had them come out for my boiler not working. The tech came in showed me the problem wiped the nozzle and waited a few .minutes for the guy who does the quote for a new boiler. He came. I didn't get his name no introduction or card just walked in. Looked around then both gentlemen went out front to his car for three hours. I finally went out and asked what's going on. He explained it was a complicated Job and he was contacting the manufacturer. I asked them to leave and send me a quote and my service bill and I'll decide what way we would go. In the meantime I had a company come in my house for about a half hour. Left and I had a quote the next day for half the price of yours. His comment was pretty simple project. Other than that I got my service bill and report. Ive asked twice now for someone to call and discuss. I agreed to a $99 charge for the service call. Not sure what the other $100+ charge and list of materials used are in the bill? As soon as someone calls me ato discuss the incorrect charges on the service bill I will be happy to pay for Jacks time he spent working on my boiler is about 20 min total and maybe .25 for the rag. So I believe that's $99.25.
