We had a leak from the last storm we had so I called and left a message. I got a call back the same day, She was very pleasant and helpful. Dexter came by early the next morning and was able to patch our roof right before the rain started again! He also gave us an estimate for a new roof and both prices are very reasonable! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient because I’m that person with a million questions!

Best part? My dog liked him and his coworker that came with him (I missed his name) and I trust my dog’s gut lol! I will definitely be calling for future work needed! They were my heroes yesterday!

Dexter was at our house within and hour of us calling. He had our air up and running within a half hour of getting here. Another company said we needed to replace our air and furnace for $15,000. Dexter found the issue with the air and it was only $550. I highly recommend Boots and sons.

I would highly recommended this company. We had a prior company, that installed our 2 year old unit, to our house about 4 or 5 times. We had to pay 2 service calls for them to say nothing was wrong. Then pay 2 labor charges to replace 2 different parts. Our furnace still would not stay running. So about $500.00 later I called Paul Boots and Sons he came out, at time I was promised. Within less than an hour he had narrowed down what the problem was. He needed to order a part. Which unknown to me he ordered the next part also so I did have to wait more time for that part to come in.
