Office staff are rude and when you call they forget you're on the phone. After several calls they finally answered and was put on hold. I waited about 40 minutes and got into my car drove to the office and i went to the office and the two staff members were chatting about personal stuff while I was still on the phone still on hold standing in front of them.

As long as it takes for me to make an appointment you would think the quality of service would be exceptional. The MA’s need more training! Leaving an exam room and saying you can’t draw blood because your Starbucks arrived is beyond unprofessional! It’s time I move my mom from this location. Some advice , if you can’t find a vein don’t go fishing in an elderly woman’s arm.

This is the worst Doctors Office I have ever been to. Everyday for the last 13 days I have called and asked them to send my prescription to my new pharmacy since my old pharmacy went out of business. They have not done so and due to their negligence I am currently going through withdrawl for a medicine I need. The only way to get treated at this point is to go to the ER. If I do so, I will be sending the bill to the horrible Dr. Harvey Spector at Elkins Park Temple Health.
