After being scared for many years to have this Surgey I finally did it December 2025 and it was the best decision ever. My surgeon staff was phenomenal if you’re scared or have second guess just go ahead and do it. It’s a life-changing event.
My review is basis but honest, I had my children at Einstein I did my medical assistant training with Einstein, My surgeon was DR.Dallal. When I see him I light up like a child his beside manner's amazing. I googled until my hands were sore I YouTube'd until I fell asleep most nights but no one will provide you with the comfort you need to get through this process like the trust you have to install and invest in your personal surgeon. He answered all questions 100 times and really gave me the emotional support needed to eat correctly before surgery. My test took long labs took long . The front office staff of this particular facility is a whole JOKE! I have had so many questions for the dr. or his assistant, but I was NEVER allowed to speak to them or even leave a message to get a call back. The front office staff took it upon themselves to answer any and all questions that I had never mind that I wanted to speak to an actual dr. Anytime you call, to me, it felt like you were bothering them or they were short with you answering a question. The sad part is that because of how the front office treats and speaks to people it made me want to call of the surgery all together just so that I didn't have to deal with the staff at this office.
