Just installed our Jacuzzi hot tub. We love it! Installers were on time and we were in the tub by late afternoon. They were great to work with in deciding which tub would be best for our family of very tall people. I highly recommend them for any pool or spa needs.

Very happy with the options, availability and sales at the Crystal pools in Hershey. They were low pressure but very informative and interested to know what exactly we wanted so they could identify the best spa for us. We've used our hot tub almost every day since it was delivered! Delivery was seamless! Highly recommend!!

This was an easy choice for us. After having a Crystal Pools in-ground pool installed 17 years ago, and dealing with them ever since, when we decided we wanted a Hot Tub, Crystal Pools was going to be a stop we made. We looked at hot tubs through Costco's and BJ's, cheap prices, but tubs are not as nice, and you need to set up installation on your own. We also looked at other local dealers, but Crystal's sold higher rated brands, 2 of the top selling brands in America, their pricing was in line with competitors for what we felt was a nicer tub, and lastly we knew we would be happy with the service.
