This is a great team of folks that helped me get the used tub I just bought from a stranger fully operational. Tech Randy was knowledgeable and found the problem in 10 minutes. So happy I called Valley Pools instead of trying to fix it myself... They were able to fix and helped me watch the cost at the same time.

Had a really bad experience at Crystal pools last week. Very dismissive. Went in valley pools and the man at the desk was very patient with me and got me everything I needed. Will be back.

I can not say enough! Pool was closed for 12 years. Reopened this year and made the mistake of hiring someone else to put liner in. Wrinkles and stones under the liner. Called Valley Pool and the fixed plumbing leaks and it was leaks. They added handrail, new filters and opened pool! Don't mind paying a little more for QUALITY & PROFESSIONAL work!
