Replaced a faulty fan last year that broke within 10 months. Now they aren't returning phone calls or emails...not sure they're still even in business, but if they are, they're frauds.

Never use this company.Our system was installed in Nov 22 and they were quick, great communication, and we were very satisfied with the job and price.In July 2023, we left several voicemails that the system had stopped producing suction and we didn't know why, to which no one responded.In August, I emailed the contact I had set up the appointment with, whom I believe is the owner. He replied he would look into when he could get someone out "but gas was expensive".On Nov 1st, I followed up after not hearing back. They asked $150 for coming and troubleshooting. I have agreed. However, the guy came and did NOTHING, he just provided an estimate for more than $400 to do the work. And still, they want us to pay $150. That is insane! Maybe, now giving an estimate equals troubleshooting. :(
