We are new to Lucky Dawgs, but our experience so far has been great! Our dog, Jaxon, loves going and gets so excited in the morning to get in the car. When we drop him off, hes ready to go and play. When we pick him up, he's usually pretty tired out from having fun all day. Every employee we've talked to here, including the owner, is so nice and its very clear they love animals. I feel safe during the days he is here, knowing he is in good hands!
I had to board my dogs for 8 days while I was on vacation. I have a 8 month old puppy and a 5 year old Aussie with high reactivity. The people there from the moment I walked in were so nice. Answered all my questions. We’re personable and I could tell they care about the dogs. I called 2 times a day cause I’m insane like that lol and they answered happily each time to give me updates. The pricing was straight forward. No add ons or mandatory things to gain extra money. I have boarded my dogs other places and it has been so unpleasant for my dogs. As A pet mom all u want for ur animals is a positive and safe experience and I got that at Lucky Dawgs!!!
Lucky Dawgs is the best. My dog cries in the car when we pull up he is so excited to go there. The staff is wonderful and very friendly. I feel my dog is in good care when he is there to play.
