I used R&M Success Construction (Effort, PA) for a rebuild of some water damage in my home. We did not get to choose them, as we went through ServePro (Scranton, PA), who chose them as our general contractor.
R&M is a family-owned business, and I met Mike Sr. and Jr. on the first day of the job. Both were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Mike Jr. was the point-of-contact. He seemed honest and seemed to understand my expectations and the scope of the job. Although he initially estimated the job should be done in one week (7 full workdays). It took more than 5 weeks!
