Rickey was excellent. Came exactly when he said he would, quickly diagnosed the problem and then fixed it. Fair price and made sure I understood what was wrong and what was being done. Good person, quality service, and a good storyteller to boot.

I cannot give a review that properly thanks Mr. Zito enough! His courtesy and his professionalism were off the charts. He explained everything to me told me what was going on, and why it was going on and fixed the problem very quickly! Not to mention the cost was 1/2 of what I was presented with by another company.

Rickey is absolutely outstanding. When we faced an emergency freezer problem with our Subzero refrigerator at our rental property, Rickey responded swiftly to diagnose the issue. He found that both the fan motor and compressor were faulty. Rickey promptly replaced the fan on the spot and ordered a new compressor. The following day, the compressor was installed, and everything was back in working order. Another great aspect of working with Rickey was his excellent communication; he sent us before and after pictures of everything he did, and kept us well-informed through phone calls and texts.
