John was prompt and professional. He repaired cracks in our tub and was thoughtful about the grit on surface of the tub with us having a toddler. He also helped us solve another minor plumbing issue that we thought was going to be something major. Would recommend.

I had a great experience with John for a fiberglass tub repair. Newly purchased house that came with two unknown cracks in one of our tubs. It wasn’t discovered until water started staining the ceiling downstairs. When I called and spoke with John he requested I text a couple photos of the tub. He was able to explain a couple scenarios of repair. That afternoon he happened to be in New Castle and able to pop by for a closer look and provided an estimate. Our tub was completely repaired within 72 hours of the discovery, which was much faster than we expected. The tub looks fantastic and has been good-as-new for almost two months now.
