We had a fire Jan 19, 2026 and BluSky came that day to board up windows and the door that the fire company broke down. Last night we slept in our home for the first time since that terrible day. Kyle, Rick, Matt and the rest of the crew did an amazing job! SO much had to be replaced and updated and they got it all done for us. We cannot recommend them enough!

We contacted BluSky for our restoration needs and had the worst experience. They came to assess the situation and we basically never heard from them again. We attempted to contact them multiple times as did our insurance agency. Complete crickets. I am glad to read that the majority of the reviews are positive- not the case for us at French Creek Valley Christian Childcare. I wouldn't even give one star. The level of communication is nonexistent. Our incident took place on 12/10/2025 and we still haven't been able to retrieve the information our insurance agents are requesting nor get anyone to return calls/email.

Can’t thank BlueSky enough for all that they did. The response was quick and professional.Our mitigation guy Kyle was so understanding and assured us that everything we be taken care of . He was very knowledgeable and upfront about what may happen and answered all of our concerns and questions. I appreciated that when asked a question you had his full attention. This young man treated our house like his own and wanted things done correctly and efficiently.So very glad that I made that decision to go with Blue Sky. Someone was here every day to check on the equipment and take reading on the drying process.Thanks again Blue Sky and for having people like Kyle Capwill in your employment .He is an amazing young guy who takes his job seriously and to a personal level with his clients. I’m so thankful for Blusky. We recently had a dishwasher that broke and caused damage in my kitchen and basement. I called Blusky and someone immediately got back to me and were at my house in less than 2 hours (on a Friday night)! Kyle was great to work with he made sure to get things dried out and then the crew was back to remove the damage. They were careful to only remove what was necessary. Everyone was polite and kept my nerves at ease. This is a company that takes pride in their work and it shows that they value good employees! Thank you Kyle and Blusky!!!

I wanted to have a great experience with them - unfortunately at every step of the way, their disorganized and unprofessional approach prevented that.
I reached out to BluSky initially about a totally separate project at the suggestion of another local vendor. In our conversation their team asked if I had any general renovation projects, and, I did. They came and quoted for two projects, we decided to start with one.
A short list of what went wrong with our gut bathroom renovation: 1. They failed to correctly budget for what we discussed at length, and then tried to get us to sign a five figure change order with minimal information on why or explanation as to why an accurate quote was not provided. 2. When going to select materials, they forgot to send the designers any information on our project, resulting in delays 3. They did not know what kind of permitting would required despite knowing where our home was & what city requirements are, resulting in delays. 4. They provided an inaccurate timeline for the project, and, when asked for revised information, took several weeks to get it to us. 6. Even though I signed the contract and was overseeing the renovation, multiple times, I would agree to something, and BluSky would go to my husband with a totally different proposal telling him that they felt it made sense to do, even if it was not what I discussed with them. I would not be aware of until my husband brought me into the conversation.
The actual work completed by their team was outstanding - Matt was personable, professional, on time and communicative. It is unfortunate that his great work is overshadowed by administrative incompetence.
Also, once I escalated it to a district level, communication was prompt, professional, and clear.
If you want great work and are willing to look past the local leadership teams poor communication and lack of any desire to stand by their words and work, go with BluSky.
