Last month, after a heavy rain, we discovered some water coming through a basement wall just a few days before our settlement date. We were understandably concerned about getting the issue resolved quickly. Kurt from EMG Remediation Services was able to come out within a day, identify the problem, and fix it promptly at a very reasonable price.
He was professional, courteous, and made sure everything was clean when the job was finished. He even took the time to help us with another issue while he was there. Having someone respond so quickly and handle everything so efficiently during a stressful time made a huge difference for us.
I want to thank Kurt, the owner of EMG Remediation Services for arranging my oil tank removal and picking up more than 125 gallons of old heating oil yesterday. This oil tank has probably been in the house for more than a half century, way before we bought the house. We want to remove this tank and create an additional storage space for a potential new owner, Kurt was able to ask his crew including fantastic Mike, Anthony and Matt to come to our house in a short notice.
