My 20+ year old chair base connector broke and needed to be fixed so I could continue using my office chair. Boonies did a great job and had a fast turn around (it was done like 3 hrs after I dropped it off). They were upfront that the paint would get damaged in fixing it but it’s the bottom of the chair so idc about that plus I care more about functionality. I reconnected the chair base to the chair and it’s working like it was never broken! Responsive on email and all around great communication. Thank you Justin, Jayna, and team!
