Rented a U-Haul there yesterday. Great customer service, the guy was friendly and attached the trailer to my husbands truck. They didn’t have an adaptor for the plug in thing for the break lights and blinkers on the trailer to work so we had to go buy one and come back. (I didn’t know an adapter was needed or I would have gotten one beforehand, seems kinda silly to me that uhual makes their trailers plug thing different then the standard so an adapter is required). I get my U-Haul trucks here. I've never had a problem at this spot for pickup or drop off. Whoever runs the U-Haul rentals are doing it efficiently and well. They always have the equipment ready to go and the truck gassed up and it's usually a nice new truck and not a beat up older one. If you want Uhauls, this is the place to go to as it's the only U-Haul dealer (other than all Uhaul stores) that is prepared for you and well maintained.
This place is awesome! These people were extremely helpful and got me out of a situation. I needed a plow installed on my truck. I was supposed to get one installed from a different dealer but they treaty me poorly and slowly. So it came down to me needing a plow rather quickly because the other shop was to slow and hard to work with and there was a snow storm coming. I called Hercules. I don't know how they did it, but they were so helpful and willing to work with me, they got me a used plow (which is all I wanted) and had it installed in 2 days!
