My dog split his nail horizontally from tip to paw. Took him in and the vet looked said the nail has to come completely out. I asked when they could do this and he said now. He didn’t want a chance of infection.
The knocked him out removed the nail, gave me meds and off we went. Two days later I remove the bandage and it looks ugly, but healing perfectly. The service was great the price was fair and I really felt they cared.
Thank you!!!

Thank you to the doctor and Hayley L for doing everything you could for my kitty today. They did everything they could for my Abigail but unfortunately she was just too sick. They were great with us from the time we stepped in, gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye-no rushing- and upon leaving they offered their sorrows. If you ever need a place to take your littles they are a great place.

I wouldn’t advise bringing your senior pets here. This clinic tends to lack compassion, understanding, and care once your beloved pets reach a certain age. We have been going here for a long time, and for a while the vets were great. But with time they seemed to grow tired of us returning with a geriatric dog - that is the vibe I was given, anyway. Almost as if to say, “Not this dog again, just put him down already.” It’s worth noting that there were no major health issues with our dog — just old age, and some minor arthritis — according to this vet. So we ran with that and kept on trucking with our little old guy each day.
We returned the other day for a checkup because we were concerned with his recent behaviors. The doc walked in, took one look at us & our dog and said, “How far do you guys wanna go with this?” Of course it’s hard to let go of your beloved pet, and we always want to hold on as long as we can. Ultimately, we knew what we were going to have to decide for our old boy, but we were just hoping for some answers, or a second opinion, or some compassion at the very least, before we made the decision. But we were only given extremely vague responses during our consultation, and the vet really didn’t seem to care to listen to our concerns this time around.
We left William Penn that day, and yesterday had our sweet old boy of 18 years put to sleep peacefully elsewhere, where they were filled with compassion, patience, warmth, and understanding of our love for our pet. This was our first pet, our only pet, and we have never had to deal with this kind of decision or this kind of loss. I would never forgive myself if I allowed my puppy’s last moments to be in this place. Nobody, or nothing can prepare you for the loss of your beloved pet. But in those moments, I feel as though compassion and patience is of utmost importance- especially from the vet who will be responsible for the care of your pet and your family in those moments. I am not typically one to leave reviews for places, and I apologize that this is not a very good one— but I just feel like my family’s experience needs to be shared.

NEVER CONTACT HIM. My beloved cat died after a visit to this unprofessional, she is no more, my family is crying, we came for help, and received DEATH. On Friday, we brought the cat in for an examination, she had non-healing wounds on her stomach, for a consultation, to take blood examination, as diabetes was suspected, the doctor did not take the cat's blood test, and without confirming the results, injected her with antibiotics and a hormone. He sent us home, scheduled a new appointment in 14 days. ON THE 4TH DAY MY CAT DIED IN EMERGENCY, THE CASUAL MISTAKE OF THE DOCTOR, My family is grieving. I do not want animals to die from the hands of this man. He is not a professional! His name is brahim bouzaout, he took away our joy, love, laughter, happiness. I am crying. I am in pain.

We have been coming to this vet for years. Dr. B and the amazing staff showed so much compassion when our sweet girl Lassie crossed the rainbow bridge. I highly recommend their services. They are wonderful.
