When I called for service the lady who answered the phone was very polite and helpful. I'm sure I just got lucky but they actually came out the day that I called which I appreciated so much from them. Jonathan was the technician and did a great, thorough job. He also took the time to explain the problems to me and show me the issues. I will definitely recommend this company to others. Great experience and I appreciated their quick response and help!

My landlord had Union Fuel come to my house to service the furnace. The guy did a good job but he left with my almost new 100 foot extension cord - that was like $80. I didn't notice it until recently when summer came and I had to go down to the basement to bring all my stuff up and out. Since he was the only one to go in my basement, it had to be him. I was hoping it was just an honest mistake but I contacted Union Fuel twice about it a week or two ago but never heard anything back. The paperwork only showed initials for the technician, which looks like F S, so I don't know his name. Either he doesn't work there anymore or they're just dishonest people and don't care.

Was with this company for 15 years, for oil, service, and a new AC unit. Everything was good until I had a problem. Water was discovered in my oil tank. when I called to discuss I was met with a very rude receptionist. I called probably 5 times over two weeks asking to speak with a manager, who was never around forcing me to leave messages, and was never called back. Initially I expected to receive a credit for some fuel oil and continue with union fuel as my provider. But now we will be taking our business to one of the many other options in the Lehigh Valley and I strongly recommend you do the same.

Randy at Union Fuel is fantastic. He is the only reason why I stay with this small company. He installed three top of the line Carrier HVAC units in my house for ~$20,000. Their PM service team especially the receptionist, Alyce, is another story. Made an appointment three weeks ahead for an annual PM check. When nobody showed up half an hour after the schedule time, I called and asked if her team is showing up. Her attitude was essentially " I don't give a damn". She showed absolutely no empathy or courtesy. I had to cancel my office half a day so as to be home for this. It is time to look for another company that really wants my business. Owner of Union Fuel: it is time for you to hire a receptionist who send your customers away.

Customer service is the worse. I never had a place not be able to give me a time frame of when I would have oil delivered just to sit home all day and then to hung up on my me I am just trying to ask questions and figure things out is rude as can be will never use this fuel company would give it zero stars if I could. They should look into getting a new customer service manager because she is horrible

Called To Get My $100 credit in oil, was told that they couldn't service my home and to go somewhere else, when i asked about my credit and how i get it back the lady in the office told me if i didn't like it i can go somewhere else, she also told me theres nothing that can be done about my credit...

Ordered & prepaid for 150 gallons. They over filled my tank & then sent me a bill for the difference. Called & got a very awful customer service lady. They want to pump it out. How do I know how much you’re taking out. Now I’m stuck paying for something I didn’t want. Don’t use them unless you have more money to put for their mistakes!!

My parents ordered fuel from liberty discount. Was suppose to be delivered within the week and never was. After the huge snow storm they were almost empty. Couldn’t get in touch with anyone or even leave a message With a full mailbox with liberty. Called around but union was the only one that answered and we got someone to deliver the next day early morning! Thank you so much for the great service. We will be sticking with you from now on.

This review is long over-due...Our furnace stopped operating in the early morning hours last winter, outside temperatures in the teens. I called their 24-hr service line several times from 2am until 9am. I spoke with the answering service and left several messages with my contact info. No one ever responded to us, even as we were well into the following day. Absolutely nothing. I understand they were probably inundated with other service calls but a courtesy call acknowledging us would have been the thing to do. We called Hackney's Heating Service and he came within 90 minutes of our call, and repaired the burner for a reasonable price. We heard such great things about Union Fuel so we were very disappointed.
