I had a issue with my Sony laptop a long time ago and Jim did a very good job fixing my computer.

I chose to call Jim with my computer problem because of all the good reviews that he got and now I'm back to leave my own review of his wonderful service.I had an old laptop which still had lots and lots of files and things on it which were important to me, like two writing courses which I never completed and papers I had written for my bachelor degree program. I had put off transferring everything to my new laptop, just assuming that when I needed something I would be able to get it. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Jim was excellent to say the least. I had a large external drive with years of photography go south on me. I first took the drive to another local store and I was just another invoice there. Jim exceeded my expectations by far and I can’t recommend his services enough. If I have computer issues of any kind again, this will be my one and ONLY call. Thank you again, Jim!
