I gave the owner $75 to “hold my spot” for a $150 gutter job on July 19, 2021. After cancelling on me at least a half a dozen times, and experiencing a major roof leak that led me to pursue a full roof job and whole house gutter replacement, I notified him in August 28, 2021 that I no longer required his services. I asked for my $75 and he refused to send it back to me. Eventually he told me he could send me a check but it would take a few weeks. I said ok. He then shifted and said I could apply the money to a future job, I said no, to send the check.I contacted him again on September 9th to check the status of my refund. No response.
