His crew worked hard, treated our property with respect, and were just genuinely good people to have around.
Chris was great from start to finish too. He was transparent about pricing from day one and stayed that way throughout the project. What I respected most was that he wasn't trying to sell us every upgrade imaginable. If he thought something was worth the extra money, he'd explain why. If he didn't think we'd really benefit from something, he'd tell us to save our money. That kind of honesty is hard to find.
The finished backyard turned out even better than we pictured. One of my favorite moments was watching our kids run around the pool while it was being filled with water for the first time. They just couldn't wait. It was one of those moments where we looked at each other and knew we'd made the right decision. That's a memory we'll always have thanks to the Atlantic Ridge team.
