The technician was very professional and did a very complete examination of the problem with my toilet not flushing properly. He was able to clear the line, and through testing, make the determination that the toilet needs to be replaced.
Technician was approachable and friendly and explained the maintenance repair in a professional manner.
Arrived prepared and completed the job in a shorter time than expected.
I am glad to of had a positive experience despite the inconvenience of the house situation.
