I called the plumbing Pros because I thought I had a fly problem because of a cracked sewer pipe that we sealed but Chris the general manager sent me a picture of a sewer fly and it turns out that is not the problem so he suggested I call pest control...so instead of coming out and charging me $85 he helped me out instead and saved me that money and for that I am very grateful...he was very helpful and I would definitely call him again if I have a plumbing problem...ty very much Chris
The plumbing pros came out today and did a great job replacing my cartridges. I’m extremely pleased I did not have to replace the whole sower valve! They saved my day! They are extremely courteous and professional.
Our central air conditioning went down on Thursday 7/2 just as the heat wave was starting. We called 7:30 am on Friday 7/3, Sam was here at 9 am. Our unit was almost 20 years old. We agreed it was time for a new one. With the holiday weekend install couldn't be done until Tuesday 7/7. They brought us 2 portable units to get us through the heat wave and until we were up and running. Sam and Cole worked hard on Monday and Tuesday to get us going. Sam was back on Wednesday to finish the job. We would highly recommend Plumbing Pros. Professional, friendly and left the job site clean.
