The Promise Epoxy group needs to improve their customer service team. I use many of their products, however, I had a terrible experience recently trying to use reward dollars coupled with a 20% off sale. I would suggest reps with a customer service/marketing background rather than “technical” customer service reps.

excellent products, but nothing beats the customer service, which is exceptional. Haitham in particular was very helpful and went well out of his way to assist me. Don't be afraid to reach out to polytek for help

Great products and a very knowledgeable technical staff. Rick helped me with products on a new project and it worked out. Thank you Rick. A huge help. Highly recommend this group when you have any questions/concerns.
