Last night my roomie got out of the shower and the hot water wouldn't turn off. There were no shut off valves behind my shower and the only way to get the water to stop pouring, was to shut off the main water valve to my house. I posted in a local city forum and Jonathan, the owner of Pineda, responded with his company's info. Given that my hardware is all from when the house was built in 1952, there wasn't time to find parts but he had someone come out to put in stops so I could at least turn my water back on to the house. This morning the team returned and found out that the former "repair" completed by Elek two years ago, was just tephlon tape on a cartridge with o-rings which had dry rotted. They completely cleaned and correctly reinstalled the cartridges, as well as added the shut off valves on the shower pipes. I'm very impressed with the fast response, the level of professionalism, and that Chase kept me in the loop every step of the way. Pricing was fair, as well. I would recommend anyone use Jonathan and his team for all things handy.Service: Shower repair

What a great experience! Everything from the design process, project management/ decoration, all the way through the finishing adjustments was done with great care and professionalism. Everyone from VM Power Construction was knowledgable and friendly. Tarek and the crew have done awesome job.There were no surprises and each of the trade crews knew when to arrive and what to do. It’s been about a year since completion and we are still very happy with our . Definitely recommended

Reached out to this business to get an estimate and in hopes of finding my go-to handyman. I received a timely response after my initial inquiry and was given a date and time for the estimate. Unfortunately, no one showed up. I reached out again to reschedule as I understand that, with the way the housing market is, demand for home services are high. I never got a response to my email to reschedule. This review is based solely on communication. I cannot speak to the quality of work as I couldn’t even get that far.

John and team shoveled us out of the latest snowfall. He was professional, prompt, reasonably priced and friendly. Would absolutely recommend Pineda Snow Removal Services!!

I was very happy and impressed with Pineda's work. I needed my toilet repaired and it turned out to be a bigger job than I thought. They fixed it for a very fair price and after they left we realized that they even unclogged our bathroom sink for us!!
