The team at Mendez Heating and Cooling were beyond professional. Their staff is extremely attentive to detail, knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend using their services, it was wonderful to have a company that was reliable and trustworthy.

Your service man, I don't recall his name, was such a gentleman. Very knowledgeable. Explained everything thoroughly. Took a couple days to get part needed. They should carry these simple parts on their truck. Should be same day approval for a simple part. Again, serviceman was great ?

I had an issue with my furnace not igniting. Brandon was the technician sent to address the problem. Brandon was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He did a fantastic job repairing the issue very promptly. He also showed up before 7am because I had no heat in my house which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend.
