Had a decent experience for a walk-in. The technician did the design I wanted for my nails as requested. However, I am pretty sure they used old nail polish. After 3 days, it started peeling up. I thought I was just rough with that one finger. After a week, I figured out it is only happening where the base coat was pink. So half of my gel nail polish is peeling off at not even a week old.Services: Pedicure

I got my nails done here a lot. They are so inconsistent. Some of the workers are so good and then other are just rude. I got my nails done and it was not at all what I asked for, they looked horrible. I asked to get them redone since it’s my money and service I am giving to this business and they told me basically that I have to pay for a new set, this is ABSURD. If it was what I asked for I would’ve understood but anyone who looked at these nails laughed they were that bad and so far off from my inspiration.Service: Manicure

I went to Luxy on December 22nd and got my nails done and they came out horrible I had a new young male technician it was so busy that day that I figure I'll just call them and let them know my experience Luxy did tell me to come back on December 26th and she was really very unfriendly just did my nails over like if it was my fault that the nail technician messed up my nails I just thought that was very unprofessional I've been going there for about a year it was just like really rude kind of my nails did turn out better than before but they still wasn't greatService: Acrylic nails
