After a 1 hour drive to get there, I was told my 12 year old couldn’t play basketball. I’m guessing it was an insurance safety protocol, but I should’ve been notified on the phone

the gentleman at the counter helped us out a lot in regards to our trial pass. once entering, i was impressed with the pool, amount of machines, basketball court, and the locker room! i will for sure look into joining.

I had to go and revise my review one year later because this is without a doubt the worst run LA Fitness I have seen throughout the entire country and yes it’s the gym chain I see the most of throughout my work travels.This gym is either on the verge of going out of business or management simply does not care one bit. Countless pieces of equipment out of commission for months at a time, equipment rusting away, holes in carpet and in pads, gum stains on floors, disgusting locker rooms that are never clean with majority of lockers broken. The list goes on and on.I can’t recall ever seeing someone going around and cleaning this facility in the two years I’ve been using it.Cell phone service is non existent inside and WiFi is as fast as dialup.This gym is included in my gym plan from my employer, only reason I use it and on weekends I use the one in Allentown which is far nicer.
