Larry helped me with a general inspection when purchasing my new home. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He gave me a lot of useful information to make the best decision. Highly recommend him.
Larry performed our house inspection as part of a potential property purchase. He was professional, informative, personable, and kept us apprised during the entire process. He found several issues including safety and hazard concerns and reviewed the issues with us. Throughout the process, we felt he had our best interests in mind. Note that he is also licensed (not a requirement for home inspectors in PA.) and very experienced. We received his report very promptly and it was very well organized with good documentation. Highly recommend him! In addition, Arlene was great in scheduling the inspections and answering any questions we had in advance of the inspection.
Larry went through the house we are buying and explained everything thoroughly. A few days after the inspection, we got the water report and he immediately responded to the questions I had about it. Great job and amazing customer service.
