I was recommended to this company by a close friend. I had them inspect a property I was considering buying.They showed up on time, and were well prepared, and completely professional. They are very familiar with the local area and were amazing at explaining what they were doing and why. They explained the pros and cons of the property and it’s systems.I ultimately decided not to buy the property. Their input was unbiased and fact based.I would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to friends and family. In fact I recommended them to my nephew and they did a great job for him on his new construction home.

Karen and Peter did an awesome job providing a detailed home inspection, which included both photos and detailed notes of the quality and issues of the home. It allowed me to make an informed decision while also educating me in basic and advanced home owner knowledge. They also encouraged questions while on site so that there was no confusion or misunderstanding regarding what they were seeing. They did a very thorough job and I would reccomend them for any home inspection needs.
