I have been coming to Hand and Stone for years. Robin has been giving me wonderful facials. She explains what she is doing and educates me on how to take care of my skin. She explains the products and how use them. I like the Dermalogica line. I like that she will give me a sample to try before I purchase the products. She is an asset to your business.
This was my 1st time at this location. Everything was super chill and relaxed. I did the booking online...So easy. Thanks to Angelica my masseuse. She did great. I booked with them AGAIN!
My appointment was at 2:30 and I got there at 2:15. They didn’t take me until 2:43 and they finished my facial before the 50 mins were up. I am a bit disappointed but overall Jillan is great
