VERY DISHONEST. Called for a leaky bathroom faucet, they sent Ron out- he literally NEVER touched the faucet- looked at it, said it's "defective" and I need to get a new one. Billed my landlord for parts and services he did not do. I am disgusted.

Shady! Rip off! Beware! Before I signed the contract I was led to believe Mario was replacing the adapter/waste connector on the end of my iron drain pipe for my bathroom sink, which involved pipe cutting and rethreading as per the involved speech he gave me. He even showed me the new part he was going to put on. 5 minutes and $400 later all I got was a new nut and washer on the existing corroded pipe. He told me not to store a lot under the sink because if I bump the pipe his fix might fail. He wouldn't even fix my leaking water lines that I asked about, because "that's not what I paid for". The drain pipe that he "fixed" still leaked after he left so he had to come back to tighten it more. He also conned me into signing a waiver saying I can't cancel the contract within 3 days, waiving my right to exercise the rights afforded to me by the Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law. He told me it was PA emergency law and he has to abide by it and if I didn't sign it for him to do the work that day, he'd have to charge me another $120 service fee to come back another day. The reason I hired a plumber was to "fix it the right way", but all I got was a hack job that might not hold up and I was left with a still leaking sink that I ended up having to go buy parts and fix myself! 100% do NOT recommend!

I told him I have water under the pressure tank for the well pump. He inspected it and said i have an electrical problem. I wrote a check for his invoice of $318.98. I went downstairs and with a mirror checked the bottom of the pressure tank. It was leaking. i immediately called another company. The the next morning they came and replaced the tank in two hours. They do not charge a visit fee. Action charged $120. I stopped payment on the check. A few days later screaming lawsuit for a bad check. I had to settle for $165. If I could score less than one star I would. I called about a full system replacement. The technician seemed annoyed right from the start and told me it would be $120 service fee just to come out for the estimate. When I said I would try someone else he got very irritated. I own and operate a small business in the construction industry. I will never use Action for anything and would advise everyone else to do the same. He was so unprofessional and just plain miserable.

Action Plumbing did an excellent job of refurbishing my obsolete radiant floor heating system controls. Mario was timely and professional. He offered an effective solution and completed the job in short time. Great to work with.

After paying other Plumbers to come to my house and not getting good responses, I called Mario at Action Plumbing. He immediately called me back and there was no bs. He gave me great advice and was determined to help me with my water line leak, which turned out to be on the city side of the curb stop valve. I can't say enough good things about his service. His knowledge is impeccable and true. He is a man who you can trust, and the job will get done right because he truly takes Action to make it happen. Thanks Mario !!!

I have known Action Plumbing for many years - Action has done extensive work at my father’s house (replaced multiple radiators among other items) and just recently installed a pressure regulator on my new home. He was incredibly punctual, professional, and did excellent work. I couldn’t recommend Action enough!
