I only expected a back massage and got more than I bargained for with my arms, hands, fingers, shoulders, etc. It honestly hurt a little in the beginning but once they worked through all the tenseness it felt amazing! I was totally frustrated, and exhusted, irritable from the continuous pain. Then,
I made an appointment with Suparna Damany. I am so thankful that I did. After a single treatment, I cancelled my appointment for the spinal injections. While I have had physical therapy in the past, as well as chiropractor adjustments, and massage, (including cupping), Suparna treatment was very different.
