Paula was amazing! This was my first experience with massage therapy. I decided on the lymphatic massage due to my chronic arthritis. Paula guided me through the entire process and made me feel relaxed. The results are wonderful. I feel less bloated and the pain and limited mobility in my right shoulder are gone.I would highly recommend this service.

Paula is a kind, welcoming, understanding human. She made me feel comfortable during my massages by asking my opinion regarding everything - light setting, heat for the table, music volume, scents/non scented oils and lotions, pressure. The first visit was an in depth review of my history and each time after that she'd assess how I was feeling and listen to my requests for what area on my body I'd want to focus on. Paula is accommodating to my schedule in order provide me the best time/day for a relaxing massage.

Paula is ALWAYS where it’s at! Trust me when I tell you. I had a hip issue that was extremely painful. I could hardly walk! I was teaching multiple dance fitness classes and working at a tire shop throwing tires during shipment every time a truck would come. I am physically hard on my body! Paula saved me! I saw her for 2 sessions and by the end of the first we were 60 to 75% back to normal. Imagine how great I felt knowing I could fully walk completely pain free after the second. Paula Bernhardt knows massage therapy like no other. She was recommended to me by my best friend and I am recommending her to anyone who needs deep tissue therapy or just wants a great experience...read full review
