I called Michael’s plumbing about a broken water heater. He arranged to come immediately to check out the problem . He confirmed that we needed a new one as the current water heater had been there for twenty years and we could not get parts anymore. The heating element was broken and the thing had not been serviced in over 5 years. Michael was able to get a replacement and install over the weekend. So grateful we have hot water again. So quick and was very reasonably priced. Will definitely use Michael’s plumbing again.
This company was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They arrived promptly, were friendly, did an amazing job, and was very affordable. I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.
I reached out to Michael to replace my garbage disposal and to address a leak in my shower. Michael answered my call and came to my house with his assistant, Coly, as promised. Both were professional, pleasant and extremely respectful of my home that they laid down cloth prior to walking in, so they wouldn't get anything on the floor. Most importantly, they fixed the garbage disposal at a very reasonable price! As for the leak, they have to come back, but Michael has been in touch with me about getting the parts and is scheduled to return this week to address it. Michael and Coly are truly lifesavers!
