After an extensive interview of five builders, LTS stood above the rest from Day 0 (get to know each other phase) until present day (1 month living in our new home). Day zero included a walkthrough on our land where LTS was the only builder to advise and ensure a full size walkout basement with no water issues is possible. The next phase was as promising… picking a house design. After hearing our wish list for our new home and scanning several models, the “Woodland” was recommended to us.

Big shout out to the team at LTS, Joe, Rita, Linda. Their ad says exceeding expectations and there is truth to that. What a wonderful experience.We are about to close on our home soon, and the house is BEAUTIFUL! They are professional, upfront, honest, helpful, knowledgable,and patient.
They guide you from beginning to end, provide, if you so choose, many options to help expedite the process, such as lenders, permits, etc.
We consider them extended family, id recommend them to anyone.
We recently had LTS Homes build our second home, and they have exceeded our expectations! Their quality and service significantly surpassed our previous experience with another builder which is why we were hesitant about building again but, after doing extensive research and talking to the team, it was clear to us that LTS was the best choice. The professionalism and dedication of their entire team, from our first visit with our sales rep, Joe, to picking out colors and cabinetry with Rita, their architects, site supervisors, Peter and Rick, all proved to us that LTS was the best decision.
