Based on the reviews, JeffExpress Urgent Care-Pocono offers easy check-in, friendly personal, and a clean and welcoming clinic. The nurse practitioner is easy to talk to, polite, kind, and knowledgeable. Patients received quick, accurate, and caring treatment, with staff and providers who are wonderful. The facility provides exceptional care with consistency regarding best practices. Service is fast, friendly, and professional, with visits usually in and out in about 20 minutes. All staff are great and genuinely concerned about patient well-being. The only negative noted was a suggestion for a sign to check in at the window when available. Patients definitely recommend this clinic to family and friends for future visits.
If I have to go to urgent care it's always this one. Staff is friendly, attentive and caring. I travel from Bushkill here. Last visit ny husband and I both had to be seen. Great service!
The secretary that is usually there is not professional at all!!! She’s always on her phone ! Gives attitude literally to these parents with sick kids and adult patients - do better find someone who is compassionate. I have worked within the medical field for over 25 years and have never seen a front desk staff member with so much unprofessional attitude towards sick patients! I had to go back yesterday and dealt with another secretary who was covering for the usual one and she was amazingly nice ! compassionate ! And caring ! she came from the Tobyhanna office ! Management should seriously look into it!
My entire experience (including check-in) was handled professionally and efficiently. Emily, NP + young lady that took my BP & young man that brought me the antibiotic all did their jobs well and I felt listened to.
