I had an emergency heater problem late on a Friday evening. ETG came over immediately and quickly diagnosed the problem. They had to order the part and came back as soon as they got it, even though it was late at night after they had a busy day. The fix was great and was certainly needed since we were in a cold spell with night time temps in the teens and I had exposed water pipes for 5 units in our building running thru my basement. Great work, reasonable price and quick response.
