I had to have All Tech come to check out my boiler, the first time it was for a cleaning, they told me I didn’t need a filter because it’s a boiler, they were HONEST, I’m not sure anyone else would have been so honest. Second time I was vacuuming around the boiler and ended up with no hot water and it wouldn’t ignite. They came and thankfully I only knocked a wire loose. This is the second time they have came to my house and both times they were up front and HONEST, I am grateful to have been introduced to this company. I highly recommend them!! and their workers are very helpful and friendly. Thank you so much!!

Matt and his Tech came out the same day on a Saturday to replace our water heater. They did a wonderful job. Very professional, informative, quick and reasonable.

The owner Matt is the absolute best. Their prices are competitive and they truly care. I give Matt a call whenever I have an issue and he always either picks up the phone or calls me right back. I call him morning or night and he usually comes by within an hour or 2, the next morning the latest. He is extremely skilled and he does his best to only hire people up to his standard. Recently All-Tech replaced my blower motor and the next day, we had a burning smell only upstairs. I had no idea if it had anything to do with the new motor or not, but I gave Matt a call around 9:45pm and he was at my house about 20 minutes later. He went over every single thing he could think of, but nothing looked bad and we couldn’t recreate the smell. Instead of just leaving, he came up-stairs with me to investigate what could possibly be making the smell, whether it be an outlet or appliance, light fixture, etc… At that point it wasn’t even about the HVAC, he was just helping us as a friend. He didn’t have to do any of that, but he did because he is a great guy and he cares about his friends and customers. The next day and day after he reached out to me to see if the smell ever came back. Again, at that point it wasn’t even about his responsibility, it was just him being a good and caring person who didn’t want to see anything bad happen to me or my family. I will continue to choose All-Tech as long as Matt owns it and so should everybody else.
